Nepal, which lies in the middle of the
great Himalayan range, is famous for her natural medicinal
plants and herbs, and is the home of Ayurvedic researcher and
practitioner Tulasi Koirala.
Tulasi has spent 28 years of his life
researching and discovering medicinal plants, their healing
properties and their application in curing diseases such as
cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, gout, mental defects,
paralysis, and asthma.
Tulasi obtained his Bachelor of Arts in
Sanskrit and Ayurvedic studies at Tribhuvan University, Nepal in
1976. He also
undertook rigorous training under the guidance of Guru Yogi Nara
Hari Nath who is renown for his expertise in Ayurveda.
In 1990 Tulasi became the director of the
Ayurvedic Clinic of Nepal, where he devoted over 7 years of his
life and expertise in managing the clinic, caring for, and
healing many of his patients through his knowledge and
application of herbal medicine.
Tulasi, in his research, has conducted
several case studies on individuals with diabetes and other
illnesses that have proven extremely successful and have cured
these patients of their diseases.
In Tulasi’s progression to find cures for
many diseases, his aim is to construct a health centre and
laboratory where he can further his knowledge and research and
provide treatment to people with various illnesses.
He would also like to share his profound knowledge of the
great healing science of Ayurveda.
